报告题目：Partition Function and Ramanujan’s Theta Function

Abstract：
In this talk, I will first provide an overview of partitions and q-series. Then I will explain Euler’s Theorem and Langrange’s four square Theorem. Lastly, I will give a proof of an identity related to theta function and show its applications.
朱新运教授简介
朱新运教授于2005年在Oklahoma State University获得博士学位， 研究方向为代数几何，师从国际著名代数几何与超弦理论专家Sheldon Katz教授。 在 J. Concr. Appl. Math.、Linear Algebra Appl.、Michigan Math. J.、J. Comput. Anal. Appl.等期刊发表一系列重要研究成果。
